Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This posting is for a Instrument & Electrical Planner position for Saudi Chevron Phillips Chemical Company (S-Chem) in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Plan and schedule monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Condition Monitoring work
• Work with the maintenance team leader and operations coordinator to generate a PM Plan for a particular equipment; PM Plan includes a detailed job plan and required frequency, manpower, and spare parts.
• Work with the maintenance team leader and operations coordinator to generate a Shutdown Plan for a particular equipment or unit; shutdown Plan includes a detailed job plan and required Resources (services support, manpower, spare parts, outside contract..etc).
• Plan and schedule daily work task activities to ensure manpower, materials, etc. are available to meet operational excellence goals and schedule, and cost is properly managed.
• Work with maintenance leader and buyer to arrange for external service contract if needed ..
• Develop and track maintenance key performance indicators and generate monthly report.
• Maintain and administer PM plan, work order, materials request on SAP.
• Participate in SAP system upgrade if needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or High school with 10 years’ experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plant-based maintenance planning/scheduling in the refinery, petrochemical, or chemical industry
• Good knowledge with hands-on experience on the maintenance of Electrical equipment or/and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in SAP system.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project
• Team player with good communication skills
