Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Capable of PM, CM, Emergency Shutdown and turnaround activities organization. Experience in power plat a MUST
- Awareness of HSE rules and regulations.
- Asset reliability & availability by imparting quality PM & CM Jobs.
- Solutions for asset issues and implementation for reliability enhancement.
- Cross functional co-ordination among Maintenance, Technical Service and Operation.
- Continuously improving capabilities, processes, procedures, practices and systems

Requirements

- University degree in Instrumentation Engineering, I & C Electronics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role with Oil and Gas, Power plant experience preferred
- High level of technical skills on control systems like DCS, ESD, FGS, PLC systems, Governing systems, integrated control systems for rotating machinery are essential.
- Shall have a fair knowledge / understanding of maintenance of other disciplines within maintenance
- High level of technical skills and experience on process analysers, fire & gas systems will be an advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office applications and related software. Autocad additional advantage

Should be proficient with maintenance of equipment in the Instrumentation discipline like the following:
- HART and FF field instruments
- Various types and makes of control valves, hydraulic actuators and servo valves etc.
- Anti-surge and performance control systems
- Machine monitoring and protection systems
- Various types of flow meters like turbine, ultrasonic, coriollis, thermal mass flow etc.
- Flow metring systems
- Batch control systems and related instruments
- Loading systems
