Job description / Role
- Instrumentation engineering, design for FEED and Detailed design projects onshore & offshore Oil & Gas. Peer checking of subordinates work.
- Project execution planning and Instrumentation work estimation.
- Flexibility to work on projects of varying size and complexity and a good understanding of process control systems instrumentation.
Requirements
- BSC degree in Industrial Measurement & Control or Control & Instrument Engineering with 5 to 15 years relevant experience, MPP exposure would be a benefit.
- Experience and knowledge of instrumentation and interfaces with control systems.
- Ability to work on multiple projects within design teams and to be involved in the development of project specifications and design deliverables associated with instrumentation scope on multi-discipline projects.
- Instrumentation design to attain project scope and objectives, performing sizing calculations, mentoring and training of junior engineers.
- Assessing Instrumentation from a functional and safety perspective, defining interface requirements with electrical / process, specifying measurement types.
