Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well-established and well reputed insurance company and we are recruiting an Insurance Administrator for their Dubai office to support their expanding operations team.

Responsibilities:
- Providing administration and accounting support to the operations team focusing on premiums and renewal subscriptions and outbound client calls
- Processing cheques and updating the accounting and CRM system and dealing with declined and bounced cheques
- Preparing MIS reports for management

Requirements

- Diploma as a minimum
- 2 - 3 years experience in an insurance premiums department in the UAE
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel

Candidate Profile
- Filipino or Kenyan candidates only
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with clients on the telephone
- Living in Dubai
- Aged between 27 - 30 years
