The Role


Our client a world class leading insurance organisation is currently looking to take on a Branch Manager for their Abu Dhabi region. You must have a proven track record within insurance at manager level, have an understanding of the Abu Dhabi market and experience of commercial and personal lines insurance.

Major Responsibilities:

• Generate new business contacts and maintain/service existing clients
• Profitable growth of the business – all lines; achieving pre-assigned targets
• Pro-actively provide market feedback to the Country Manager and the Underwriters on trends and on changing requirements of clients
• Develop good working relationships with Brokers, Agents etc.

Experience & Qualification

• Graduate; an additional insurance qualification would be useful
. Ideally will have commercial insurance & consumer insurance experience
• 3-5 yrs. proven management experience within Insurance
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic desirable
• Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Good team management skills.
