Employment: Full Time

This leading contracting company supplies construction and engineering services to a wide range of clients across KSA. Their clients include government organizations, oil& gas companies and multinational development organizations. They employ in excess of 4,000 staff and are part of a well know Saudi group.

They are seeking to add a key member of staff to the team as an Insurance Manager.

The objectives for the role include;

• Working in an autonomous manner you will be providing leadership for the Insurance Claims department; including price negotiations and general insurance policy management.
• You will establish procedures and policies for the insurance department in conjunction with HR
• HR aspect of insurance management ¡V (employee wellness)
• You will take responsibility for insurances that cover a highly diverse contracting business with a large fleet of over 1000 heavy equipment items
• The company is in the process of a SAP Implementation and so previous experience of an ERP system (ideally SAP) ¡V Fixed Asset module will be a plus point.
• You will be handling and processing a high volume of diverse claims; including - Accident - Fire related - Theft - Flood - general.
• You will also take responsibility for the medical Insurance (BUPA) for over 4000 staff at various levels from general staff to Managerial and VIP. You will also be responsible for managing employee insurance in SAP ¡V HCM preferred.
• You will play a key role in the Asset data base management.
• You will utilize your people management skills; developing business & people strategies - work assignment planning and managing time management & training capabilities.

Requirements

You will need

•05 years' experience in Insurance Claims management ¡V price negotiations and general insurance policy management. ..and previous experience with a Saudi insurance brokerage is essential
•Should have handled and processed at least 100 diverse claims ¡V (Accident ¡V Fire related ¡V Theft ¡V Flood ¡V general )
•Should have handled medical Insurance (BUPA) for over 4000 staff at various levels ( Genera ¡V Managerial and VIP categories)
