Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Collaborate with Relationship Manager, branch sales staff or New Business teams to provide professional insurance planning services and pre-sales information, meet potential insurance product customers in order to design policy products under their Wealth Management portfolio.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Analyze customers' financial situation, identify their financial needs with a view to Insurance products, recommend relevant products and structure solutions to best suit their needs.
* Provide quality after-sales services to maintain the customer relationship, providing advice on subsequent insurance or Wealth product.
* Work closely across all customer touch points, be they Relationship Managers, Sales or Branch staff to maximize services for the customer.
* Coaching Relationship Managers on Insurance products and pitches
* Maintain a high quality of transaction with low error rates and high conversion rates
* Maintain high levels of customer support and in turn help to continue the bank's position as a one stop resource for all our customer's Wealth needs
* Complete adherence to our group standards on KYC and AML policies.
* Comply with all applicable compliance procedures and report any suspicious activities.
* Comply with the guidelines listed in operation manual and product policies on all products delivered to our customers
* Adhere to the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction
* Achieve satisfactory internal & external audit scores

Requirements

* University Graduate (Bachelors degree or above).
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Insurance, Bancasurance or Wealth Product sales
* Demonstrated ability in sales planning and delivery.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
* Networking ability to manage interdepartmental deliverables.
* Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
* Candidates currently based in the UAE preferred.
