Integrated Support Manager

Job description / Role

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Design Professional to join the largest construction business in the Middle East. This position will develop and manage BIM plan to be implemented 3D parametric and 4D simulations to generate coordinated drawing in each technical trade and support the department up to date on BIM procedure using one or more BIM applications. drawings ensuring design quality assurance procedures. This position will be reporting to Senior BIM Manager.

Job responsibilities include:
- Participate in pre-project meetings, when required, anticipating possible problems and creating alternate solutions if required.
- Develop integration support map include Software/Hardware used by different function.
- Test the new technologies and propose suitable solutions.
- Develop 3rd parties tools required for Design and Development Optimization.
- Manage integration support project teams on Revit / Navisworks / AutoCAD and other related IT coordination processes.
- Provide awareness among the technical teams on various BIM tools and related It solution.
- Maintain relationship with IT trades and coordinate for proper support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering discipline Civil or Architectural.
- Certifications in Autodesk related products such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D & Revit. (compulsory)
- Knowledge or certification of latest architectural & Civil software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS-Office, MS-Project, MS-Visio, Navisworks Manager, 3D Max, Photoshop, etc.) Or other programs for graphical design drafting.

Total of seven (7) years minimum of BIM & CADD related experiences that includes:
- Minimum five (5) years experience as BIMM Support with IT Experience.
- Minimum seven (7) years experience as Design / Drafting in construction industry and CADD Management.
- Minimum five (5) Cloud Technology and Autodesk products IT experience.
- Experience in using the Latest AutoCAD and other Architectural / Structural software or programs (e.g. Revit, 3DMax, Photoshop, etc.) for Graphics / Design & Drafting purposes.
- Fluency in English and/or Arabic language.
