Integration Tester - Software

Job description / Role

- Involve in System Integration Testing on Portals , Mobile and content integration and Enterprise Application integration Domain such as Siebel CSR, IB, IVR , Vision Plus
- Involve from the early stages of SDLC such as BRS and Design to understand the business requirements
- Review the design documents to verify the requirements are covered in the design document
- Impact analysis on RB systems especially in E-channels whenever a new change is about to be applied
- Prepare Test Plan, Strategy and Test Execution Plan in alignment with the project schedule with an objective of delivering the project Time to Market
- Prepare Test Cases when the approved Design Document of any change is completed
- Execute the Test cases
- Defect Logging into defect management system and to follow up with developers till it is closed
- Prepare Test Report

Requirements

- Experience in Siebel CSR application with banking domain, Fraud Alert monitoring
- Experience in internet banking, IVR application with banking domain .
- Having good knowledge in card management application which involves ATM, Debit cards (VISA, MASTER)
- Sound knowledge in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications (Phone Banking)
- Extensive experience in Manual Testing - Integration testing, System testing, Regression testing and Database testing
- Sound knowledge in Test Preparation Cycle of SDLC
- Thorough understanding of IT industry standards and protocols
- Preparation and execution of Test scenarios and Test Cases
- Preparing of Release Traceability Matrix
- Defect logging and reporting
- Ability to conduct effective meeting and workshops.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with SDLC life cycle.
- Ability to liaise effectively with business and technical communities.
- Language: Fluent in English written and spoken, and expert in business and technical terms.
