Job Details:
My client is a leading law firm within the region who are currently recruiting an experienced IP lawyer to work for their KSA office. A progressive firm who have experienced growth and success and are now expanding their operations in the gulf region.
This role will involve a mix of both contentious and non-contentious IP and trademarks work. The successful candidate should also have experience of dealing with trademark infringements, anti-counterfeit goods, and have experience of dealing with the local customs office with regards to such matters.
Requirements
Experience Required:
Essential - For this job, you should be at least 5-8 years PQE and be working within an IP focussed roles at the moment.
Important - This is a role for an IP lawyer. Corporate/commercial lawyers with IP experience, will not be considered.
You should be qualified/admitted as a qualified solicitor/Attorney to a reputable bar.
Arabic and English language skills are essential for this role.
