Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assess tenders from Contract / Commercial aspect based on Business Units exercises / reports.
- Responsible for contractual arrangements (Consortium, JV, MOU, partnership, etc.) with third parties.
- Technical and Commercial Evaluation of Tender documents.
- Negotiates Employers Main Contracts and major Subcontracts / Supply Agreements.
- Responsible for major contractual and commercial matters (inclusive of critical contractual communications with Employers).
- Ensures that all projects are being executed as per the contractual / commercial requirements.
- Review Contractors claims and advise the management in Contractual matters.
- Reviews reports submitted by Contract / Commercial Managers on Business Units / Projects.
- Oversees Subcontractors awarding and agreements and assist Business Units in the negotiations of changes, modifications and claim.
- Leads on resolutions regarding major contractual issues, claims and disputes with clients.
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate potential claims as well as resolving actual contract claims.
- Ensures that contracts are being closed out in a satisfactory manner and as per predefined agreements.
- Manages the performance of all their team members.

Requirements

- 15 Years and above experience in Contract Management
- Age Up to 50 Years
- Nationality: US or UK Nationals
- Industry: MEP, Oil & Gas, Chemical - preferred but not mandatory.
- Benefits: Best in the Industry
- Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
