Interface Manager - Civil Contractor

Our client is a leading Qatari contractor who is working on projects around Lusail City. They are urgently in need of an experienced Interface Manager who has previous GCC experience. This is for a marine and infrastructure project on a beach development in Lusail City. The project is for developments related to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, take this opportunity to make your mark on the World Cup.

**You will only be considered if you have previous interface management experience.**

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate relations of other contracts.
- Provides senior expertise to identify design and construction interfaces, and develop a resolution strategy to minimize the impact of identified interfaces on the overall program delivery.
- Monitoring, tracking, and assessing interfaces and work closely with the contractors construction team and other third party stakeholders to identity the most effective and economical way to resolve them.
- Manage and monitor how things will affect the projects.
- Be responsible for interfacing with the client.
- Design and implementation of interface management plans.
- Evaluation of interfaces by interface management, change management and documentation management.
- Ensure the deliverables of interfaced from the sub-contractors meet the contract standards and requirements.
- Supervision of compliance with interface management processes.
- Creation of verification documentation for in-house system acceptance.
- Actively participate in working groups aimed at providing solutions to delivery challenges, such as interface resolution, construction logistics, supply chain, sustainability, social concerns and legacy.

Requirements

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in interface management or related role.
- Western candidates are preferred.
- It is a plus if you have any certifications/diplomas related to interface management.
- Experience working with contractors.
- Comfortable working on site.
