Job description / Role
The Interface Manager will provide oversight support on all interface issues between the systems and also the civil works based on railway design experience. He shall be familiar with the local environment and culture and have a solid understanding of regulatory approvals, and permitting from government agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of interface management plans
- Evaluation of interfaces by interface management, change management and documentation management
- Ensure the deliverables of interfaced from the sub-contractors meet the contract standards and requirements
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and integration to achieve program objectives for scope, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability
- Coordination of system integration within mobility projects regarding interfaces between all participants
- Supervision of compliance with interface management processes
- Creation of verification documentation for in-house system acceptance
Requirements
Engineering Degree (at least bachelor)
Minimum 20 years of experience, including 10 years specifically in rail projects
Civil and System Exposure
Experience in major project Interface Management
Experience in planning, scheduling, cost controlling
Fluent in English
