Job description / Role
Our client is a world class design consultancy specializing in the hospitality and leisure industry and their clients are 5 and 7 star hotels and resorts.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Project Designer in the development of project design concepts and designs and the production of presentation drawings, sketches and renderings
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes using AutoCAD
- Following up of initial designs through to the completion of construction
Requirements
- Experience gained within a consultancy firm within the Gulf region is required
- 3+ years experience in designing 5 or 7 star hospitality and leisure architectural projects
- Experience of luxury interior and custom joinery and soft furnishings
- Experience of Adobe, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUP, 3D Studio Max and 3D modelling is essential
- Experience of landscape, soft and hard furnishings, fixtures and fittings, colour and lighting schemes is required
- Aged between 28 32 years
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent design judgment and creativity
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills - fluency in English is essential
- Bachelors Degree (BSc or BA) in Architecture or Interior Design
