Interior Designer - Dubai - Urgent
My client is a well renowned architecture and interior design company with a well-established international presence with offices and projects across Asia, Australasia and the Middle East. Due to the fantastic ability to produce incredible designs and execute them to an incredibly high standard, there reputation has gone from strength to strength helping them to maintain their brilliant client base and the opportunity to design some of the most innovative and exciting projects in the Middle East.
In a vision to continue expanding and developing the company they are now looking for strong passionate and creative designers to join their already existing team to work on various commercial workplace, retail, hotels and schools.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Design Director to finalize the client brief for approval and sign off
- Work with the Design Director in the creation of concepts and themes.
- Revise and design based on the input from the Design Director
- Prepare sketch designs including perspective material selections etc.
- Visit the site to take site measurements, digital photographs and investigate the area.
- Be able to successfully present concepts to the client.
- Coordinate with the CAD team to prepare construction documentation for both architectural, interior and M&E work including details and specification as directed by the Design Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor of architecture or interior design
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in design
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to carry out design documentation
- Ability to us PC and CAD
- Design talent
- Good written and spoken English
- Hard working
