Job description / Role
Our client is a leading design and build contractor with a strong specialisation in commercial office fit out projects. They have a reputation for consistently delivering both high end design and a quality implementation.
They are a relatively new, and growing, firm but are already entirely well respected and successful in the market.
With a view to developing their Dubai office and working on exciting projects, they are looking for a strong designer to join their team. As a result, they are looking to appoint a talented Interior Designer to be responsible for managing the design functions on projects.
Responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and take brief.
- Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.
- Produce 3D renders.
- Attend coordination meetings with regards to all design matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 5 years design experience (preferably in GCC but not essential).
- Commercial Office experience is preferred.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong concept design ability.
- Fluency in English.
