Interior Designer

Job description / Role

My client are a large Real Estate Developer in the Middle East and they are looking to recruit an experienced Interior Designer for their Dubai office working on high-end luxury hotel projects.

The successful candidate will be overseeing responsibility of the project from concept, schematic design, through to final design and delivery.

The position will involve overseeing designing of major areas within hotels such as lobbies, guestrooms and restaurants, cost estimating, construction and documentation administration for all technical aspects to the project, coordinating with clients, liaising with the contractor and sub-contractors on MEP and structural design, attending site and client meetings.

Candidates must have an Interior design or similar degree and a minimum of 10 years post graduate experience.

Have worked on several high-end interiors hotels, residential or corporate design projects.

Come from a strong interior design background i.e creative and concept design, good allrounder and technical ability.

Freehand sketching skill and excellent working knowledge of autocad 2D and 3D

10- 15 years interior design experience.

Creative and concept design.
