Job description / Role
Our client is a leading Architecture and Design Consultancy and they are looking for an Interior Designer to join their team on an exciting residential project in Doha.
Job responsibilities:
* Effectively liase with other discipline areas to coordinate work and discuss and resolve matters when applicable.
* Analyze design codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents to determine their effect on designs, and in keeping to statutory requirement.
* Preparing and interpreting information regarding design and material specifications.
* Assist the Principal / Senior levels in work coordination with other disciplines.
* Assist in preparing correspondence to clients, consultants and contractors.
Requirements
* Degree qualified
* At least 8 years of experience in architecture/interior design
* At least 3 years of Middle East experience
* Previously worked on mega projects designing villas or palaces
* Experience working with international design consultants
* Arabic speaker is preferred
* Must have excellent written and spoken English
