Job description / Role
Objective: assisting in all interior design projects
Main Responsibilities:
-layout design
-furniture selection
-material selection
-lighting design
-flooring design
-presentation
-meeting with the clients
-drawings
Reporting to: Head of interior design
Subordinates: draftsman
Other interactions: client - contractors- suppliers
Number required: 3
Desired start date: ASAP
Probation: 1 month
Working hours: sun-Thursday 8am-6pm
Requirements
Must have the ability to create furniture layouts, color schemes and mood boards, choose fabrics, wall covering, furniture selection and light fixtures.
Also has to deal with structural, and architectural aspects of the project such as ceiling design, base trims and crown moldings, along with lighting design.
Must have good people skills, and He/She is able to deal with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers.
Skills:
- Expert in Auto Cad
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
- 2 years experience minimum
