Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:
Organizes and supervises the evaluation of all painting as well as wallpapering works in the Hospital. Performs inspection on the work quality and does delicate painting and special wall papering works.

Main responsibilities:
- Performs all related painting works including installation, replacement and repair of wall paper, repainting and retouching of walls, doors, varnishing and re-varnishing of furniture, tinting of windows and other related corrective maintenance works and pre-occupancy requirements
- Receives work details from Supervisor or skilled tradesmen
- Assists senior technicians in requesting needed materials and other equipment to be used in the sites for the completion of required works
- Prepares tools, materials and other equipment to be used in the sites

Reporting to: Supervisor, Carpentry & Painting
Number required: 7
Duration: 2-year contract
Desired start date: ASAP
Probation: 90 days
Working Hours: 9 hours
Gross monthly base salary: tax-free

Requirements

- University Qualifications: High School Education with Vocational Training is required
- Other certifications obtained: Saudi Drivers License A drivers license from country of origin is necessary to obtain a Saudi Drivers License
- Nature and length of previous experience: Two (2) years of related experience is required
- Gender Preference: Male
- Language Fluency: English
