The Role


The Role

1. Roles & Responsibilities
a. Strategic Planning:
i. Provide support in the development of ExCom and Board materials;
ii. Develop competitive positioning and recommend strategic pricing framework for business units;
b. Corporate Development
i. Identify, assess, measure and recommend corporate development areas across the telecom, media, internet and advertisement value chain;
ii. Perform valuation towards M&A transactions;
iii. Establish relationships with international telecom, media and internet bodies to increase Intigral exposure while capturing key industry trends and business opportunities;
iv. Develop tactical activities to foster innovation at Intigral
2. Duration: From 1-3 months
3. Location: Dubai

Position Requirements:
Education:
-Undergraduate student
-Degrees in Engineering and Sciences preferred

Experience:
-prior experience in a Telecom, Media or Digital Media environment preferred

Competencies
-Strong technical writing and communication skills
-Strong understanding of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
-Fluency in English
