Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of Role:

To co-ordinate and support the training activities that are being managed by Training Department and to provide general support to business development and client relationship management.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Creating timelines and work plans for each training activity, as directed by the training director.
• Supporting the creation and development of training materials in support of the Course Training Plan
• Maintaining the standardized appearance of Stirling Group training materials; perform edits as necessary, including creation of new presentations, handouts or case studies.
• Ensuring all appropriate resources are in place for the training to take place
• Writing and distribution of joining Instructions to trainees
• Coordination with the Instructor to ensure all logistical arrangements are in place and communicated with the Instructor
• Providing on site staffing, logistics management and support staffing at training events (as directed by training director)
• Ensuring the correct reporting, storage and recording of all assessments in line with Accrediting Body stipulations
• Summarizing evaluation reports for trainings and providing outcomes to training director within one week of each training.
• Housing, maintaining, and updating the hard files and electronic files pertaining to training programs and clients
• Compiling reports for training programs
• Managing and updating electronic curriculum library as new trainings are created, or old ones updated and improved.
• Managing and updating database of experts to be used in training programs.
• Tracking coaching and technical assistance requests and activities for each training program.
• Project management and/or administrative support for ongoing efforts in the
areas of marketing and business development

Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:

• To adopt a flexible approach to working within the division.
• Interface productively with peers across divisions enabling effective cross-functional working practices.
• Due to the changing and growing nature of the industry this position may require you to fulfil other duties as assigned by your line Manager
• Ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following

• HSE Qualifications
• Worked within a training organization
• Experience of personally delivering training
• Excellent Word Office Skills especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Interpersonal skills with strong communication
• Excellent command of English language with Arabic, Kurdish or French
• Self-starter with problem solving abilities
