The Role


A leading client of KPMG Oman is seeking to recruit an Internal Audit Manager for a Special Economic Zone in Oman.

key responsibilities shall include:
- Assist audit committee in identifying, assessing and addressing strategic risks by ensuring robustness and soundness of internal processes, policies and procedures across the Authority’s functions.
- Conduct internal audits addressing requirements outlined by Audit Committee
- Analyze/report audit findings to the Audit Committee

Requirements


Requirements


- Master’s Degree in the area of accounting or quality field and Certification in ISO systems.
- Minimum 10 years of work experience (with 4-5 years of work experience in similar role).
- Knowledge/experience in risk based auditing is desired.
- GCC experience is desired
- Excellent analytical and planning skills are required.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills are required.
