A fantastic and rewarding opportunity has become available to work in the internal audit team of Qatar Airways. Reporting to the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering audit assignments per IA standards and methodology, in a timely manner and ensuring due diligence in the process as well as provide advice to your manager on key risks at the stations, HO and business processes.

You will manage audit assignments independently and ensure completion in set timeframes, exploring business processes under review and perform risk assessments to identify key risks to the process/area. You will ensure preliminary activities and pre-assessment questionnaires / details are collected and analysed and be responsible for completion of field-work. You will act as a lead to internal audit officers, reviewing their work and provide feedback to IA Manager for any developmental activities.

Requirements

You will hold a Bachelor's Degree with post qualification experience and ideally be CFE certified. A minimum of 5 years of job-related experience is required from the internal audit field. You must be an expert in internal auditing with operational experience in IT or Engineering.

We are looking for Internal Auditors with thorough knowledge of the principles, procedures and practices of business consulting with a focus on corporate governance or fraud investigation. To be successful in this role, you will have supervisory experience, influential ability, excellent analytical skills, superior English communication and report writing skills with good working knowledge of MS Office, especially spreadsheets.
