Job description / Role
Al-Futtaim is regarded as a pioneer in the Gulf region's Automotive industry and encompasses every aspect of the Automotive business; from passenger and commercial vehicles and construction equipment sales and service, to used car sales and rental and leasing.
Al Futtaim Auto Center (ALAC) is part of the Al Futtaim's Automotive Division. ALAC has six divisions comprising of Body Centers - Toyota & Lexus within UAE, Fast Repair, Customs & Classics, Auto Equip, Tyre Zone and Fastfit. ALAC offers end to end solutions in aftersales for both business to business & retail customers.
We are looking to recruit a number of experienced Internal Auditors to join our growing team in Dubai, UAE. The main purpose of the role is to enhance operational efficiency through process mapping and SOP implementation, and to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and efficiency through continuous improvement of all Al Futtaim Auto Centers processes.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
* Manage internal audits of the concerned department and present periodic reports in line with ALAC standards and Principal guidelines.
* The mapping of all processes to ensure compliance to standards and control of revisions in processes and its documentations.
* Ensure corrective actions and preventative actions by accurate execution of the Plan, Do, Check and Action cycle to enhance operational efficiency and solve operational obstacles within the division.
* Promote QMS and IMS standards and awareness of quality management within the employee.
* Ensure that the division maintains the highest operational health and environmental standards.
* Support the network and business development team to ensure the successful introduction of process quality gates to ensure accurate systems and customer data for the whole Operation.
* Coordinate with external agencies like government bodies, certification bodies etc. in consultation with the Management and MR
Requirements
The ideal candidates will have to following skills and experience:
3 years' experience of working in an ISO 9001 QMS or IMS certified company
3 years' experience of working in an automotive sales / service / bodyshop / retail industry
Internal auditor experience in ISO 9001:2008 or any other relevant certification standards
Any other quality certification or project management certifications is an added advantage
Job-Specific Skills:
Microsoft Office Application Proficient (MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and Word)
Able to plot process flow charts, document procedures and maintain records
Excellent Verbal and Analytical skill required
Good Leadership and Communicative skill

Automotive operational background of with experience in bodyshop, reception and sales processes

Ability to confidently report findings and plan/execute CAPA
