Job description / Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the audit of multi-site operations related to services and retail.
MUST HAVE GCC / UAE DRIVING LICENSE
Requirements
Skills:
* 5 7 years post qualification operational, financial & compliance auditing
* Effective investigative and audit skills
* Excellent communication skills fluency in English is essential and must be able to write English
* Ability to coach and train operations management and staff
* Ability to work within deadlines and meet key objectives
* Ability to identify key risks and causes
* Ability to develop audit tests and methodologies to determine key risks, causes and lack of controls
* Implementation of controls and
* Ability to carry out audits using various methods including interviewing involved parties
* Ability to recommend corrective actions and implementation of new processes, procedures, guidelines and controls
* Ensure the governance of statutory and company policies, procedures, regulations and operations guidelines
* Ability to comprehend the required operating standards of the wide range of the organizations activities
* Ability to work in a multi-site role across many diverse cultures and levels and regulatory requirements
* Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
* Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
* Ability to produce management reports and audit reports
Education:
* ACCA or CPA qualification + 5 years post qualification experience in operations audit
Profile:
* Indian nationality
* UAE driving license
Previous experience in the Gulf is essential, preferably in the UAE
