Internal Auditor

Job description / Role

Objectives:
To establish the internal audit function for a small commercial finance company in Riyadh.

Main responsibilities:
- Create the internal audit charter.
- Develop the annual internal audit plan.
- Execute the annual internal audit plan.
- Prepare quarterly reports to be submitted to the audit committee and the regulator.

Reporting to: Audit Committee
Other interactions: CEO and CFO
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Immediately
Probation: 3 months
Working Hours: 9 to 5
Gross monthly base salary: Depends on experience

Requirements

University Qualifications: Undergraduate degree
Other certifications obtained: CIA would be beneficial
Nature and length of previous experience: 5 years experience in Internal Audit
Specialist knowledge: Internal Audit best practices under a recognized Internal Audit Program
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Ability to prepare written reports
Ability to work independently towards deadlines
Ability to develop monitoring programs
Age Range: Up to 30 years old
Gender Preference: Male
Nationality Preference: Must be a Saudi National
Language Fluency: English and Arabic
