Job description / Role
• Assist in implementing Quality initiative within Quality strategy
• Assist in securing and maintaining ISO 9001 certification
• Conduct ISO9001QMS audits and reviews of quality procedures and prepare reports highlighting findings and key recommendations
• Interact and coordinate with external auditors where required
• Follow-up on corrective actions of inspections and audits
• Measure KPIs for all process and prepare quality performance reports
• Identifying quality improvement opportunities
• Manage QA documentation and records retention
• Generate QM department KPI’s report
• Managing IMS and QMS internal sites
• Prepare Quality management review report
• Conduct QM induction for new employees
• Collect customer feedback through surveys
• Assist in integration management system
Requirements
University qualifications : computer science
Previous experience : audit, project management, quality management
Specialist knowledge : internal audit
Other Skills : communication skills, commercial awareness
Ideal Age Range : 18 - 35
