Internal Communications Senior Officer

Our client, an innovative & faced paced business is seeking an Internal Communications senior officer to oversee all aspects of Internal Communications, ensuring policies are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key duties and Responsibilities
* Manage communications to a broad range of stakeholders and cultures
* Draft and distribute clear, creative and effective internal communications.
* Apply excellent written and verbal communications skills to every task.
* Create and maintain our internal communications guidelines
* Build a strong network of relationships internally that will enable effective communication across the company.
* Ensure alignment and co-ordination on content and timing with any related external communications, working closely with the media relations team to deliver this.
* Develop and manage the company's corporate Intranet .
* Develop and implement creative feedback channels via the Intranet, staff meetings, and other tools, including working closely with HR on employee surveys.
* Work closely with our Events team to create and deliver a range of internal events that provide platforms for us to engage with our employees.
* Assist in preparing and managing the internal communications aspect to clients issues management toolkit and crisis communications plan ensuring that it is kept up to date with all relevant internal contacts.
* Join the clients culture team acting as Coordinator to the group arranging meetings and helping to keep activity on track.
* Develop our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility developing guidelines for charitable support.
* Develop measurement tools to gauge effectiveness of the internal communications strategy.

Requirements

* University Degree or equivalent
* Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in the private or public sector
* Previous experience in the aviation or travel industries is preferred.
* implementing and maintaining a company intranet
* Experience of working in and with a multicultural organization
* Excellent written and verbal English language skills
