A luxury retail group based in Dubai are looking for an Internal Communications specialist to join the HR team.
The Role
The Internal Communications specialist role is a newly created role within this organisation. The main responsibilities will include:
Creating and delivering messages internally regarding important announcements which would include new store openings, changes to policy and senior appointments as well as company incentives and competitions
Using Social Media such as LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to promote the company's HR department
Taking ownership and leading the company's CSR initiative
Working on the company's intranet pages and newsletters
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following:
Internal communications experience from a HR perspective - essential
Strong employee engagement experience and able to demonstrate specific examples - essential
Retail sector experience - candidates with this will be given preference
Solid social media use - LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook - essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - essential
Salary
AED 19000 - 22000
