Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The position reports to Head of the Internal Controls department, part of Finance function. The job holder is expected to understand and establish a sustainable COSO internal control framework and apply best practices of Sarbanes-Oxley Act (2002) requirements. The Internal Controls Senior Analyst is responsible for developing risk inventory, assessing control design by way of reviewing and assessing processes and conduct trainings.

The job holder is also expected to support in the implementation of Governance, Risk and Controls (GRC) software system for company’s SAP based transaction processing. The job holder is responsible to undertake all the compliance related tasks for Treasury function, maintain, review and update Levels of Authority document and periodic review of policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:

Requirements

• Implement CSA (Control Self-Assessment) of business cycles.

• Develop and review risk and control matrix for business cycles and sub processes.

• Conduct monthly and bi-monthly compliance reviews for Treasury Operations.

• Review and reduce SOD (Segregation of Duties) conflicts in SAP and Non-SAP applications and design of mitigation controls.

• Review of Finance Policies and Procedures.

• Create, update and maintain Delegation of Authority (DoA) policy and document.

• Participate in trainings and sessions with various departments.

• Analyse and evaluate current process and establish/create new procedures to ensure effective internal controls.

• Participate in roll out, implement and maintain enterprise-wide Information Classification policy.

• Maintain knowledge of the latest best practice risk assessment techniques.

Minimum Qualification : ACCA / CPA / CA / CIMA

Experience should be 3-5 years in risk and internal audit with one of the BIG4s
