Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing audits for multi-site operations related to corporate services and retail effectively investigating and auditing
Preparation of audit surveys and reports
Ensure the governance of statutory and company policies, procedures, regulations and operations guidelines
Developing audit tests and methodologies to determine key risks, causes and lack of controls
Implementation of controls and
Recommending corrective actions and implementation of new processes, procedures, guidelines and controls
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required:
5 7 years post qualification operational, financial & compliance auditing
Working knowledge of IFRS and SAP FICO
Ability to coach and train operations management and staff
Ability to work within deadlines and meet key objectives
Ability to identify key risks and causes
Ability to carry out audits using various methods including interviewing involved parties
Ability to comprehend the required operating standards of the wide range of the organizations activities
Ability to work in a multi-site role across many diverse cultures and levels and regulatory requirements
Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally
Ability to produce management reports and audit reports
Education:
ACCA or CPA qualification + 5 years post qualification experience in operations audit
Candidate Profile:
Indian nationality
Excellent communication skills fluency in English is essential and must be able to write English
UAE driving license
Previous experience in the Gulf is essential, preferably in the UAE
