Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To manage the flow of talent, while assuring that the identification, assessment, and deployment of talent is proper and based on strategic objectives; all in line with established objectives, policies, and procedures of the HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of HR strategy by providing input from the perspective of Talent Management division, ensuring that relevant goals and objectives are incorporated
- Lead the talent management process including the identification and assessment of talent using framework and tools that enable the development, retention, and deployment of talent
- Lead the implementation of performance management system to enable employees to drive performance effectively. Manage the implementation of performance evaluation results by identifying high performance and development needs and training plans, and deciding on performance related incentives
- Ensure proper support is provided to line managers during period reviews (end-year and/or project related) when appropriate
- Ensure that appraisals of employees are conducted in line with the performance expectations of each role
- Coordinate with Head of Human Resources to support precise and efficient identification of high performing or high potential individuals. Design, manage, and track high potential programs and experiences tailors to the needs of participants
- Coordinate with managers to provide hand on guidance and execution support to integrate new performance management solutions
- Implement a career planning framework, process and tools to enable retain and develop its talent sustainably
- Manage the implementation of the succession plan from identifying critical positions to monitoring the development of key successors that are identified among the pool of talent. Develop success profiles and resources to support consistency in the assessment and development of employees
- Stay well informed on the latest talent research, good practices, and identify key trends that will inform current and future talent programs and processes

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources
- 5-8 Years experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision making skills
- Proficiency in HRIS
