Job description / Role
In order to further develop our leadership position throughout Middle East, we are looking for a Mobile Data and Roaming International Account Manager to reinforce our market development activities in the Mobile Data and more specifically, International Roaming area.
* You promote/sell BICS International Wholesale Mobile Data and Roaming solutions throughout Middle East and provide pre-sales technical consultancy throughout the sales process, focusing on sales closure to increase BICS' leading position and market share.
* You identify opportunities, develop sales strategy and provide technical/commercial proposals that enable customers to achieve their business goals.
* You are responsible for up selling and further development of your customers portfolio that includes all Mobile Data solutions in the area of Roaming.
* You are responsible for managing the relationship with assigned Mobile operators and interact at all levels within the customers organization.
* You coordinate the operational end-to-end implementation of contracts from negotiation to full service deployment.
* You are accountable for all issues in the domain of financial (billing, collection, disputes resolution), technical (dimensioning and configuration of the physical interconnection), legal (contracts) and administrative issues towards your assigned customers portfolio.
* You propose new ideas for further product development based on market and customer feedback.
Requirements
* You have a Master's degree in Engineering.
* Experience in the International Mobile Data and Roaming solutions is a must.
* Strong technical/sales engineering background with extensive telecom industry experience.
* You know the Mobile community and have a good network into various mobile operators in Middle East.
* You have excellent presentation, negotiation & communication skills.
* You like taking initiative, are highly motivated, ready to travel and able to work independently.
* You are open for relocation and can easily adapt to cultural changes.
* English both spoken and written is mandatory. Knowledge of other languages such as Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
