Qatar is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. With an economy which is based from Oil and Gas along with a solid investment policy from the Government. RequirementsRequirementsThe incumbent will be primarily responsible for Stay abreast of regional economic developments and key international trends in macroeconomics, securities and commodities. Write detailed country analysis, including full scale Economic Insight reports, as well as shorter analytical pieces and presentations. Support the Groups International Banking Department with economic data, analysis, forecasts and risk assessments in current and potential new markets. The incumbent will be working along side other from the economics team and reporting to senior management within the department. Mandatory Requirements; Min 7 years experience in related field Minimum Bachelors degree in Economics or related field. MBA would be advantageous MUST have experience in developing macro-economic country models and forecasts Experience in MENA region is a MUST also living experience is vital Strong writing skills and having the ability to communicate complex economic issues in a concise way Having a entrepreneurial is required along with being a team player Fluent in English in both writing and oral is ESSENTIAL Please note if your CV matches the requirements of the role then you increase your chances to be short listed. |
