Job description / Role

Calling food buyers with multiple category experience. Major Middle Eastern food business requires an excellent food procurement professional to be responsible for several categories within a premium food & beverage brand. You will be reporting into the Supply Chain Manager and will demonstrate exceptional influencing and persuasive skills as well as the ability to handle multiple stakeholders requests. You will be procuring and buying from all over the globe across multiple categories, as such this role will have significant travel involved within its remit.

Requirements

You must have experience in the procurement of food products across a number of categories. Ideally you will either have previously or currently work with a major food retailer or have significant experience with food retail procurement. The ideal candidate will have demand planning and range management experience as well as some form of international procurement exposure, although this isnt essential.
