Employment: Full Time

Award winning food retail business requires excellent food procurement manager to oversee international food procurement supply chain strategies.

This role manages all aspects of the supply chain procurement function, maintaining core and bespoke processes for the cost effective procurement of a complex food business portfolio. You will:
- Manage all international and local vendor relationships
- Monitor and performance-manage the divisional supply chain metrics
- Manage purchasing budgets and budgeting ethics
- Ensure timely and accurate information flow within internal and external contacts.

This role gives you a tremendous amount of autonomy and freedom to formulate creative supply initiatives. You will be well compensated with a tax free salary package as well as a fantastic bonus of up to 50%. Of course the demands of this role mean you will have a fair amount of responsibility and accountability, and as such we only require excellent candidates who hold strong supply chain procurement experience within the food industry and are able to exceptionally manage all aspects of this function.

The need for a Procurement Manager to manage all aspects of the supply chain procurement function.

Were looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 years experience of supply chain procurement;
- With good understanding of food quality assurance and food distribution;
- Knowledge of category planning methods;
- A passion and drive to excel;
- And a minimum education level of bachelors degree.
