Job description / Role
Location: U.A.E
The Role:
As a HR Manager you will provide HR expertise and support in assigned location and in addition support the wider business HR activities.
As an In-Country HR Manager your main duties will involve:
You will plan, lead, organize and control all resources of the Human Resources Department to ensure effective and timely service and advice are provided to all operating units in country, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee and labour relations, and other administrative services.
Requirements
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Ideally Degree or CIPD qualified but not essential
- Previous experience in a HR Manager position with international exposure
- Oil and Gas or Energy sector experience would be ideal, experience within an international
- Technical Engineering sector would also be considered
- Some links and understanding of the Unions in preferred location would be an advantage but not essential.
