Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As part of the Middle East IM team, to support the business in effectively and efficiently deploying talent within the Region, by delivering high quality, integrated international mobility (IM) services and support for transferees in and out of the Middle East locations.

* Deliver first-level consultation on IM policies and procedures while providing solid customer service to assignees and/or business-facing HR.
* Utilise knowledge of policy, practice, and precedent to advice and counsel on policy-related disputes, while also determining when and how to escalate matters which cannot be satisfactorily resolved.
* Effectively liaise with HR Advisors, managers and Team Leaders within the business and to work effectively in a complex matrixes environment with other organizations including finance and payroll.
* Coordinate timely and effective delivery of service provided by internal and external support functions various internal and external support providers.
* Responsible for data quality and security, in conjunction with his/her counterpart in the home/host location for his/her area of responsibility relating to international assignments, expatriate payroll, etc.
* Be responsible for management of all logistical aspects of the physical relocation of the assignees and families within a specific geographic area which includes multiple countries and areas.
* Provide all on-site assistance required to insure smooth integration into new environment in multiple locations and ensure a seamless delivery to all assignees into and out.
* Prepare and communicate all appropriate policy provisions, prepares original Letter of Assignment, Projected Cost and Compensation Statement.
* Responsible to prepare payroll requests of assignees under his/her responsibility.

Requirements

* Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources including International Mobility and Expatriate Services.
* Excellent knowledge of all issues and implications related to Human Resources and International Mobility including knowledge of international policies, knowledge of payroll, immigration, basic tax and vendor services of specialized knowledge areas.
* Strong team-working skills, displaying readiness to assist when and where needed.
