Job description / Role
The IM Coordinator will provide administrative and data management support to the International Mobility activity set for BP Oman in particular, but will also support the Regional IM activities. As a member of the Oman HR Team, he/she will support the overall delivery of Oman HR Activity plan.
* Prepare briefing packs and induction for Expatriates;
* Data management - P3 (IM System) - provide monthly reports, data correction and administration;
* Prepare payroll instructions and assist with the Assignment Compensation Reviews (April and October; * Maintain the IM Dash Board and Tracking sheets (IM Activity, Partner Assistance, Leave Travel etc.);
* Maintain the Assignees arrival and departure check lists;
* Review and check the inter-company invoicing process for approvals (provided by Finance);
* Maintain the IM Share Point, particularly file management and saving relevant documents for Assignees and others;
* Finalise the Assignee documentation based on appropriate IM policy, including preparation of the Letter of Agreement and the Host Country Schedules;
*Submit the HRMS forms in a timely manner for upkeep of SAP data;
* Support in the delivery of the wider HR agenda for BP Oman & the region, and in the absence of any HR Team member, provide cover;
* Administer and coordinate IM projects.
Requirements
* Degree not required for this role.
* Experience in Administration function
* Good with data management
* Fluent in English, both oral and written
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Omani National
