Employment: Full Time

8,000 - 12,000 AED per month (OTE 12,000 - 20,000 AED per month) plus benefits

To be considered for this role you will already be physically present within the United Arab Emirates, ideally within Dubai.

As a result of our collective success, Focus International is seeking a determined, passionate and highly competent recruitment researcher to support our Consultants & Directors in executing international executive search projects for clients. You will be proactively involved in delivering critical information that will ultimately bring wealth into the business and your pocket. This will be identified in a number of ways, but primarily through the attraction of high-calibre candidates, accurate and up to date market knowledge across a number of FMCG sectors, as well as extensive social media communication across a number of platforms.

Requirements

- A desire to work within a targeted sales environment
- Strong and confident communication skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- A strong work ethic, persistence and the ambition to develop and improve
- Post graduate work experience gained in a professional sales environment and preferably some knowledge of the recruitment process
- A high level of online proficiency, preferably with social media and networking websites
- Exceptional English language skills in all formats
