International Sales Estimator / Surveyor

Job description / Role

Our client, an industry renowned blue chip company with a truly global presence is now looking to expand its Abu Dhabi operation by appointing an experienced International Sales Estimator / Surveyor to join their in-home sales team.

Reporting to the Sales Manager (Abu Dhabi), the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales effort in Dubai to ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved and exceeded.

Broad responsibilities:
- to be responsible for performing in-home sales surveys
- to deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and profit targets
- to report on performance (monthly, quarterly & annually)
- to actively participate in social selling and networking environments
- to conduct business within the Companys minimum standards

Requirements

The successful candidate will preferably have experience in the Moving Services Industry in conjunction with prior proven success in an external sales role.

Other essential skills include:
- Sound experience of the international moving product
- A proven history and consistent success in sales
- An excellent networker that is prepared to get totally involved in the expatriate community, both through recognized organizations and socially, during and outside of office hours, which will include weekends
- Commercially astute
- A self motivated team player, detailed, conscientious, with strong drive and the ability to manage own work
- Able to work well in a pressure environment
- A first-class communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Computer literate
