Currently staffed by over 8,000 medical professionals, KSMC has plans to increase their capacity from 1,400 to 2,000 beds over the next few years, in order to continue to offer the most innovative, pioneering treatment to patients, as well as staying aligned with increased healthcare demand.

To achieve this growth specialty towers are being established within their existing site, with more to be built. This includes the creation of the new Level 1 trauma center, the largest in the region, as well as incorporating specialised ICU and diagnostic technologies.
