Inventory Accounting and Reporting Manager

The Company

Our client, a well-known global Oil & Gas business, is actively looking for an Inventory Accounting and Reporting Manager.
You will be based in Dubai and directly reporting to the Middle East & Asia Accounting Director.

The Role

As an Inventory Accounting and Reporting Manager you will be in charge of:
- Monitoring inventory counts in the MEA Region
- Implementing practices for Inventory Accounting and ensuring compliance with existing procedures and policies
- Various inventory accounting functions (monthly) such as: freight accrual analysis, costing, price variances, stock movements, ...

Requirements

The Person

Inventory Accounting (and/or Cost Accounting) experience is preferred
Must have 10 years of finance related job experience ( including Management Experience)
MUST HAVE a Professional Accounting certification: CPA, CA, ...
MUST HAVE an Undergraduate Degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA/Master in Finance is preferred
SAP Financial System knowledge required
