Besides Toyota and Lexus, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top  automotive brands. To support these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.In this role you will be responsible to perform all inventory control functions, maintain continuous supply of product, maximise customer satisfaction, maintain harmonious relationships with principals and achieve all budgeted objectives, in regard to all products managed within the Al Futtaim Motors national parts portfolio. You will be required to  assist and support the Inventory Executives and  Inventory and Operations Manager in processing orders, following policies and coordinating activities within the division.  Key Accountability* To maintain harmonious relationships with customers, department, group, company, service providers and suppliers* To assist and ensure the company objectives are achieved. * To constantly analyse the stock replenishment recommendations provided by the department systems, to ensure the accuracy of items proposed and that their respective quantities are correct. * To ensure that  orders are in compliance with company and supplier standards and guidelines.* To ensure that accurate purchase conditions are maintained in the system at all times to ensure accurate costing of stocks.* To manage and control, in support of the Inventory and Operations Manager, the national Parts Inventory, so as to promote maximum customer satisfaction, profitability to the company at minimum stocking costs. * To assist AFM Parts Branches in achieving maximum sales with minimum stock, through lead time optimisation, accurate inventory and sell one / buy one, daily replenishment.* To facilitate an environment within the department that actively pursues and stimulates a continuous improvement philosophy.* To assist parts branch personnel with parts catalogue interpretation.* Periodically, the job holder may be required to attend specific training and/or meetings with suppliers and/or service providers.* To share knowledge, know-how and market intelligence with other AFM Parts personnel.* To attend and actively participate in workgroups and develop Kaizen activities utilising the PDCA strategy.

To be successful in this role, you will have:* Strong Communication skills in both English and Arabic is preferential* Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Inventory Management  * Minimum 3 years in Material Management / Forecasting environment* A sound understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel packages * SAP Production Type experience would be preferred* A working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems would be advantageous.   * Experience in Automotive Parts will be an advantage.   * To be a team player and with a positive approach.
