To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.

Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing and controlling all branch related vehicle stock movement, adhering to company guidelines.

The Inventory Control Executive will be primarily responsible for the following duties:

* Manage and maintain the company's vehicle stock appropriately according to company procedure and ensure vehicles are available to showroom for sales.
* Systems monitoring of Showroom Order Banks to ensure legitimacy of Sales Orders and daily reporting to Retail Management team.
* Receiving units from warehouses and other branches along with delivery orders and customs certificate.
* Releasing units sold to the customer along with relevant documents to Sales Staff.
* Prepare stock list for the vehicles available in the parking area and minimize the risk of potentially damaged/stolen vehicles by running patrol of parking area from time to time.
* Prepare new vehicle repair requests to send to Head Office for approval.
* Monthly & annually inventory check.
* Ensure stock management processes are followed and suggest implementation of improvement processes and systems to reduce ring fencing of stock and maximize stock turnover.
* Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system and report exception to management.
* Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and any discrepancies addresses and resolved.
* Problem solves to resolve Customer issues due to wrong commitments by showrooms on delivery dates for supply of vehicles.
* Maintain, Monitor and replenish showroom DEMO and DISPLAY vehicles appropriately and according to the company guidelines.

Requirements

Suitable candidates should have the following qualification, experience and skills to be considered for this position:

* Relevant professional qualification and/or experience in vehicle stock control.
* Possess relevant IT skills in basic MS Office applications - Outlook, Word and Excel in particular and good knowledge of SAP system.
* Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment.
* Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills and should keep abreast of Company Policy and follow process.
* Should have a good attitude with a willingness to learn, improve and adapt to changes in the work environment.
* Be a team player and have the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative, commitment and drive under tight timescales due to month end pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
