FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently seeking a Parts Inventory Control Executive to join Famco's National Parts Division in Dubai.

The key responsibilities of this role will be:

* Expedite supply of parts with the vendors and with the logistics service providers to ensure timely deliveries.
* Provide technical support to the parts sales staff by resolving their queries and issues by interacting with the vendors.
* Generate the order proposals using the computer system and place orders on the vendors
* Create article master data, process shipping notifications and verify vendor invoices in the computer system.
* Control the freight costs by using cost-effective logistics services.
* Analyze the exception reports on critical stocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence.

Requirements


Applicants should have more than 5 years experience in an automotive parts business, preferably in the area of inventory management. They should also hold a graduate degree in any discipline or diploma in engineering or equivalent.
