Inventory Control Executive - Al Futtaim Motors - Hino Trucks and Material Handling Equipment

Al-Futtaim Motors occupies the pre-eminent position of the largest distributor of automotive products in the Emirates, and leads the rapid development of automobile business in the UAE, while continuing to contribute to Toyota's worldwide growth.

Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyota forklifts and BT warehouse equipment.

To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centers throughout the UAE.
This role is basedin Dubai.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, the key accountabilities of the position include:
* Generating suggested order through SAP
* Preparing purchase orders
* Uploading order on principal's web portal
* Liaison with principals
* Identifying part number through EPC.
* To maintain warehouse as per 5S & 7S storage techniques
* Conducting inventory of the stock
* To follow kaizen principals in inventory control & warehousing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following qualification, experience and skills:

* You will be undergraduate or holding high school certificate.
* A minimum of 4-5 years' experience within spare parts operations
* Ability to communicate in English.
* PC literate; knowledge of SAP preferred
