Employment: Full Time

Plant Availability Function has evolved over the years to become a high quality maintenance service provider for the whole of the Borouge's complex. The function consists of five departments; Polyolefins, Olefins, Strategy, Infrastructure and Services, which are all essential to carry out the routine daily maintenance jobs in the plants. The prime function of the department is to provide high quality service to operational units in order to achieve and maintain high levels of safe, reliable and continuous production.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be part of the maintenance services team and will be responsible for:

* To ensure timely availability of items at most economical cost, as well as optimize the stock level s in coordination with users as per department's policy and procedures.
* Review with the MRP lists as per department's policy and procedure.
* Run MRP program to replenish stock materials below reorder point.
* Review and classify the inventory based on movement and use of material (e.g. fast moving, slow moving, dormant, obsolete, capital, insurance etc) and take action to control / liquidate as per the company's guidelines and policy.
* Review and edit the material master database for fields related to inventory control, as and when required.
* Track the movement of capital & repairable items and take necessary action as per department's procedure.
* Maximum the quantity of materials covered under long time price agreement (LTPA) for optimized material purchasing cycle.
* Optimize the stock levels of items in accordance with inventory stocking policy and in consultation with users, in order to optimize the overall inventory holding and achieve the set targets without affecting plant operations.
* Closely expedite with procurement for delivery of zero balance items required on priority basis to carry out pending work orders.
* Processing PR ensure turnaround or shutdown materials are available prior to start of shutdown or turnaround.

Requirements

As a successful candidate you will have:

* Diploma or Technical Course relevant to the job, or higher.
* At least 8 years work experience in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry, including 4 years in the relevant field.
* Knowledge on materials storage administration
* Knowledge on CMMS - SAP
* Excellent team player
