Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage end to end Investment/Insurance sales for General Banking & Business Banking
- Looks for opportunities and harvests all referrals for Investment/Insurance sales for both departments (GB & BB)
- Presenting opportunities and value of Investment and Insurance products to clients of GB & BB
- Educate and present Investment Insurance ideas, opportunities, need analysis to the GB & BB teams to generate referrals
- Promote the Investment/Insurance business and generate FER through the GB/BB portfolio by cross selling wealth products
- Supports primary point of fulfillment of customer cross sell of all Investment & Insurance Products in General Banking & Business Banking
- Drive growth of Mashreq Investment/Insurance Business
- Responsible for End to end sales/service for Investment and Insurance sales to GB and BB

Requirements

- Good communication, profiling, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player with ability to coach/train others
- Good sales skills and knowledge of Investment/Insurance products
- A Graduate, with at least 6 years of experience in wealth management, preferably in the UAE
- Will need to pass the CISI Investment certification, Shariah Certifications and Bancassurance product sessions
